This form ensures that registered speakers acknowledge and agree to the terms regarding the use of their content and images as part of the 9^th AFREhealth Annual Conference.

 

(Audio, Visual, and Written Materials)

 

I  accept the invitation to participate as a speaker.

 

I hereby agree to the following conditions:

 

1)             I authorise AFREhealth to use my name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for educational purposes, including online distribution.

 

2)             I guarantee that my presentation and any submitted materials are original, do not infringe on others' rights, and that I have the power to grant this license. If permissions are needed, I have obtained them from the copyright owner.

 

3)             By participating and submitting materials, I grant AFREhealth the right to use, copy, modify, publicly display, perform, broadcast, and distribute my materials, with proper acknowledgement.

 

4)             Unless otherwise discussed, AFREhealth may use any material from official recordings made during the conference for publication on websites and social media platforms.

 

5)             AFREhealth aims to provide access to materials for non-profit and self-promotional purposes upon request, using the materials only for the outlined AFREhealth purposes.

 

6)             If interviewed by the media, participation will be voluntary, and no financial compensation will be received.

 

7)             AFREhealth may edit and store recordings for public access and preservation.

 

 

8)             If my session is closed to media, AFREhealth is not responsible for any non-media delegates tweeting or posting.

 

9)             An AFREhealth photographer may take photos for outlined purposes even if my session is closed to the media.

 

10)          AFREhealth will not intentionally harm my honour or reputation when using recordings as permitted.

 

11)          Recording of Sessions

I                 understand that my session will be recorded and available on the AFREhealth online platform for a minimum of thirty (30) days unless otherwise discussed.

 

12)          Open to Media

I                 understand that media will be present at the conference and during sessions unless otherwise communicated.

 

 

13)          Rights to Recordings

I                 understand that the organisers retain rights to use recordings for their purposes and to distribute them in any format.

 

14)          Release Scope

 

I                 understand that this release applies only to materials delivered at this conference and does not prohibit me from using my own material as desired.
